This is another Velux conversion that gives the owners an excellent extra bedroom. With the fire door down stairs they have the whole length of the roof space as their new loft room.

To achieve this conversion the original dimensions were as follows:

Front to back 8.0m		Height 2.5m
	Gable wall to gable wall 7.5m
